(Al-A’Alaa) 87 : 9
فَذَكِّرْ إِنْ نَفَعَتِ الذِّكْرَىٰ
Then you remind, indeed the Reminder will be benefited!
“Dhikra–Reminder”–is Adhikr as explained in the introduction. Messengers and believers are commanded to convey It to the entire mankind. But, as told in verse 51:55, It will benefit only the believers who utilize It; and as told in verses 9:28, 95, and 125, for the Fujjar who are filth, Adhikr won’t increase anything except filth over filth.
